Work is going very slow. Builder promised to deliver in Aug.2012 then Dec.2012 but even today’s construction indicates that it will take another year to complete.
Hi, I have to join your group. I have purchased a new flat in gardenia glory. the last date of possession was mentioned as Oct 2013 from whom I purchased. Now in my allotment letter, they are mentioning as Dec 2014+/- 3 months. Can they do this?
It seems people are really not bothered about the work progress or they are very busy and not following it up. It seems some towers have build up half the mark and half of hclites are happy for those towers…for other towers no body is taking any initiative to follow it up.
I think we should have a group where we can discuss about this. We are not sure how many of hclites are reading this.
I asked builder about different speed of construction of different towers then he replied some towers comes on the way(trucks need way) , so he is starting them late.
as per my exp all tower can not be started at the same time, so tower should start in phase so that work will go smooth and metriall supply and demand should be in sync
I have booked a flat in A4 tower but didn’t get any demand letter for payment yet. Construction is also very slow, after almost 1.5 years, there is no floors constructed yet. It is seeming that this construction will be delayed surely.
We should raise this concern to the builder.

The best way to overcome this situatioon is to meet at site may be on 27th March (Sunday) OR 3rd April (Sunday).
Unless we meet each other nothing is going to happen. We all need to see the actual progress at site and deceide further POA there and then rather than asking for demand letters and discussing only the payments.
There could be geniene reasons for delay. As per my understanding the work has been started in almost each tower.

on April 3rd , we met with Senior General Manager of civil work, he explained two main reasons of late construction work.
1. Heavy Rain( last year )
2. Shortage of Cement ( this year starting)
But he said now cement problem is resolved , and builder is getting cement.
He said to us that he is aiming to complete this project by June 2012. He also said major structure building work for all the towers will be completed by this year end.
I personally visited in tower B2, where plastering work on first floor completed. Quality of constuction looks ok.
We also got detail sheet where each tower progress will be shown. I will scan it and send it our google group soon.

I received information from Chettan- Gardenia Finance department as below on 27th April..
1st floor work in A4 tower is in progress, it will take 15-20 days to complete the work.
Therefore we will issue in last week of April / 1st week of May.
I have visited the site today. For A4 tower, they are only on Ground Level, Partly only they are preparing for first floor slab (ground floor roof).
Looking at the progress and work speed, I don;t think they can demand for A4 tower before July-2011.

It should take few more days to cast the first floor slab.
They should not send any demand letter for A4 based on the progress. If any body received the letter they can get it canceled.

Highly unprofessional, rather than clarifying the situation, you are asking for sale. This clearly shows the agreement by gardenia group on what is mentioned above.
You don’t need to worry about me, I have already sold my flat, but let me tell you when I originally booked my flat, I actually planned to shift by 2012 with lot of dreams, but looking at the progress of the work, I have decided to sale.

I don’t think Rakesh belong to Gardenia, His lanugae suggest he is a broker who deals with sell and resell and no way related to the construcation. Please let’s have a internal meeting and we all here in noida can track the progress every month. I am not sure if all of us visit this site frequently else send a one time communication to all the internal HCL IDs with the link.
I visit this atleast forthnightly or monthly to see updates but now it seems there is not useful infrmation getting shared here by team member or admin of the website.

Can someone let me know the current progress of building B-8. Some site pictures of this tower will be highly appreciated. I am remote and could not see the site since last one year.
I had spoken to Rajkumar (Gardenia Finance person) and he told that they have not released Demand letter for A4 tower yet due to some conditions which is not yet fullfilled. Condition is: Roof for 5th Floor and plaster till first floor. Although consturction work is done upto 7th floor for A4 tower, but due to plaster not done till first floor they did not released Demand letter yet. Hope to get demand letter in 15 day to one month of time.
I have received A4 tower demand letter and I think need to be paid in 15 days.

I also visited the site last week and totally agree with Rakesh.
The construction has stopped at the site. There is no one in the office even to answer queries.
Only guard is present at the location. As per my conversation with the guard, the farmers are
not allowing anyone to enter the Gardenia Glory site/office premises. They come in small groups
and disrupts the construction work, every time it begins.
This seems to be a serious situation, since last week only I got the demand letter for the next installment.
I also had a talk with Gardenia people (Chandan) regarding this whole situation and his response was also
not at all satisfactory. Gardenia people seem to have a very lackadaisical approach towards the whole situation.
Now, here comes the important questions which we need to find out ASAP:
1. Complete detail of the whole situation either from the builder or by visiting the site and talking to people.
2. How worse is the situation? Is there a court case already going on ? When is the hearing ? What is the outcome?
3. Why were the investors not informed about the whole situation ?
4. How will it affect the project? How much delay in possession?
5. What about the next demand letter? I think we should not pay the next demand until we are clear on the situation and the matter gets resolved.
6. When will the construction at the site resume.
This is a matter of serious concern and require urgent attention from all investors.I think its high time we act and take the situation under control, otherwise it might be too late :(.

Today I went to the Gardenia’s Head office to pay my Installment for Tower A4 and I was a lot satisfied to see that everything is working fine and there is no core problem because of farmers agitation. There were some issues due to farmers and the construction was stopped for 3 days as numerous farmers were agitating in the complete sector 45 & 46 demanding an increased developed land which is 10% {earlier 5%} from Noida Authority.
Now the construction has started again and presently 8th Floor slab is getting casted for Tower A4.
The construction for the B-8 tower is in full swing. The 10th floor slab has alredy been cast and the brickwork and plaster work is been done on the 5th floor.
I visited at site this weekend and found that the construction work was very slow. Some other who have visited 46 must have observed it.
It is quite clear that Gardenia will force a delay of very long period from schedule completion of Sept’2012. They seems to be not serios for completing the project in next 2 years.
we should act together or else we will be in heavy loss. One of my known had booked in Gardenia’s sec-61 project, which was very small project of just two towers. There Gardenia are already delayed by more than a year and still there is no clear words from them for completion. This shows there lack of management and negligence towards commitment.
It is shocking that by default there is expectation to consider 8-9 months delay and stay clam.
Investors are not getting continuous progress updates and firm commitment for completion of project. Hope all of us having discomfort, the way progress is made.
Mr. Gardenia -> We very well understand that you do not have courage to even write you name so do not advise anyone to stay calm. Delays are normal in project but with range of 3-6 months only and builder will always comeup with ACTAUL status of project. Here issue is that Gardenia management is running away from his responsibilities.
If I talk about delays I know for sure that
Sector – 61 project is already delayed by more than a year,
Sector 75 project -> for some of the towers -> digging is not even started for which possession is planned in December 2012
HCL Core Committee Members -> Can I please request you to find actual status from Gardenia and Plan for Delivery. Not a big deal if they say that project will be delayed by 5-6 months but they should come up with firm date and work in order to achieve the date.
I agree with Arun..People who ve taken loans will be paying interest through their nose and in return builder will only give negligible money for late possession…That is because Indian customers dont have unity…Pl share your contact no Arun so that we all cud raise delay issue.
Yesterday I visited the site and it seems as if the project is getting delayed by 8-10 months for sure. The work is not moving at fast pace but is progressing slowly and steadily. Secondly, a number of towers have been constructed but the slowest which is ongoing is Tower A4. After 26th December when I visited the site last time, single floor has not been casted complete, still 8th floor slab is going on. All other towers have achieved considerable height and Tower A7 has reached 12 floor.
I also checked the cement quality and the samples which were getting prepared for testing in the lab, they looked fine. Apart from this Woodwork has also started in some towers like Door Frames and the wood seems to be of fairer quality.
Apart from this I also checked the price prevailing at that place and the current BSP is 4200 for Buyer and for seller it is 3900.
I wanted to share this info so that we all are in Sync.

I just the gardenia website and i was amazed to see that they have updated their site with project Glory details and have raised the BSP from 3800 earlier to 4800 Now.
you have to keep the faith ,there is no doubt it that this project one of its only kind in sector 46 will be worth it.give it some time and i guess it will be excellent .of course it depends on what you are looking for in this project -to live here or to exit for capital gains

Very Tensed Situation, I visited the site yesterday and was shocked to see that NO progress has been made for Tower A4, I have written on 26th December 2011 and today also I quote that TOWER A4 is still on 8th Floor waiting for the 9th Floor slab to be casted from last 3 months..
Secondly, Project Managers are changing every second month, Engineers are changing ever month and no information is available with Project Architects as well.
Best thing is that they still say possession is December 2012 as if some Miracle will happen or some angels will be working day and night 🙂

One thing is really intriguing that they do not employ any big crane for shifting the material as all the other builders. This is slowing down the progress.
I have visited the site on 20-Apr-2012. Most of the towers are on 14, 15 floor except A4, A5 which is around 8,9 floor (may be some more on this level). Last I visited the site in Dec’2011 and I see some progress in terms of tower height. With this pace of work, I will say they will still take 12-15 months.
I thing I would like to know, as per my agreement, penalty of 10/- per sq feet will start from 1-Jan-2013. Any one has idea, how builder will pay the same ? Will it be adjusted to the demand raised after 1-Jan-2013 or they will adjust everything at the time of possession? If any one has any idea ?
I understand that nothing is better than getting possession in time, but I do not see any possibility of that, so we should also start talking about penalty clause to the builder.
Also, I know that sector-75 buyers are creating database – name, flat number, contact information, can we also do the same – so that we are better connected – probably end users want to do the same, not the investors.

i visited glory site on 27 may, and i noticed that for A-8 tower structure upto 15 floor,for a-7 structure upto 16 floor is complete. i had a talk with guy who was the supervisor for these tower and he told me that the work was very slow for last four months due to elctions and non supply of material. and he told me that it might take around 18 months to complete the work. then i had a talk with gardenia officer and he told me that they will provide the the possession of A-1,2,3,6,7,8 and b-1,2,3,4 by the end of may-13. regarding delay in project, it was came to know that the directors of the company have diverted the money of this project to some other project due to this work is very slow and delayed. so all the persons who have booked the flats in this project should put pressure on directors/officilas of this project to complete the work as soon as possible. I would also like to request persons from companies who have done corporate booking to get together and put pressure on the company officials to get the work on the project to be done soon.

What was the possession date of your GARDENIA GRACE SECTOR-61, NOIDA PROJECT as people are saying they were assured for possession in 2010 but till date neither you have given possession nor giving them penalty. Is this correct? if not what is the actual story ?
I am not sure of which month possession was to be given but the year is 2010 and still there is no hope for the people who have booked their flat there that they wil be getting there flats in 2012. same thing is seems to be with all the customers of gardenia glory project, if something is not done from our side we too will be facing same problem like customres of grace project. i think each customers should get more active and visit the side and inquire about the status of the project in order to build pressure on officials of glory project.

Possesion for Gardenia Grace has already been started. You can go and check around 4-5 families are already staying there. I checked for ~1100 Sq ft flat and price is 72 Lacs
I was just going through the comments posted by most of the guys who have the booking in GL46 project, my observation as under:-
1. Since you might have seen the similar delays in othre projects too (except a few) should not get surpised by this delay. Rather you should have budgted the delay.
2. The best way to navigate the problem is to go to GL office and try to push the respected management for faster delivery.
3. I was informed that Towers pertaining to NTPC are much ahead than other towers, that itself is in indication of regular follow ups & site visits in a group.
4. Moreover, once a tower is given possession in the project, then chances of of getting the other towers faster will be brighter.
5. So let’s be practical, I ageer that the delay should not be in the tune of 2 Years?
6. In case somebody has any other opinion, can share his/her views out here.

totay i called gardenia glory office to know the status of construction work, on phone no 0120-4040000 for tower A8 and they told me that possession will be given around november 2013 and the project will be completed by july2014. i request all the members who have boked the flat in this society to please post the updated status in this.

However, on my visit to my flat on 28.12.2013, I found it in a state of shambles. Lot of work including painting, flooring of Master bed room, toilets, balconies etc, kitchen cabinets/counter, doors, plumbing, electrical wiring/switches, exterior plaster/painting, lifts etc. still remains. Balcony railings were not properly fixed and were badly rusted. External works like parks, swimming pool, internal roads etc are nowhere in sight. No work was in progress and not even a single worker was seen in the entire block. At this rate it will take many years for handing over the possession.
As per the Flat Buyers’ agreement Clause 25, I am entitled to monthly rental @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. Thus, I am entitled to rental of Rs.2,21,250/-(2950 sq.ft x 5 per sq.ft x 15 months from Nov 2012 to Jan 2014), along with compound intt @ 24% p.a.
In view of the above, Gardenia is requested to give me Rs. 3,00,000/- (including intt) immediately and also expedite the works to hand over my flat urgently.

I visited site on 5 July 2014, persons deployed there always try to avoid visit of upper flats as work is very slow , so I ride on stare and observe that work is very unsatisfactory.I can not be leave on the statement of Mr.Chandan that flats would be livable by December 2015. We are paying interest on installments and have to pay rant for residence at the same time as I have to vacate govt. accommodation in spite of illness. We may look into for alternate solution as it is general problem of consumers and builders are working only on their won interest by hook and kook.

Through this thread I request some one knowledgeable in Consumer Forum to take lead and we all should file a case in Consumer Forum and stop the builder from taking all of us for a ride. Besides, rent charges along with interest, we must claim for damages due to physical and mental agony.

I bought the flat in Dec 2013, in the allotment letter the possession date was mentioned as Oct 2013, On visit to the site the company personal told that the project is delayed and it will be given in March then June then july and now they are saying in Dec 2014 +-3 months. While giving a llotment letter to me it was told to me that they will have to show the possession date after on year i.e dec 2014+- 3 months. But continuously they are increasing the time limit ,Can any one suggest that the time of allotment date can be changed? is it not a monopoly of the builder.

Work is going very slow. Builder promised to deliver in Aug.2012 then Dec.2012 but even today’s construction indicates that it will take another year to complete.

Few updates on GG Sector 46 as under:-
1. The construction work is very slow rather its on hold. The reason being told that there shortage of cement.
2. If this continues then the entire project delivery will get affected by minimum by 6 to 8 months.
3. Suggest we all shoould come on common flatforn to take this forward.

It seems people are really not bothered about the work progress or they are very busy and not following it up. It seems some towers have build up half the mark and half of hclites are happy for those towers…for other towers no body is taking any initiative to follow it up.
Can the matter be taken up at Competition Commission of India?
I think we should have a group where we can discuss about this. We are not sure how many of hclites are reading this.
I asked builder about different speed of construction of different towers then he replied some towers comes on the way(trucks need way) , so he is starting them late.
But I was told the construction is delayed due to the strike of laborers.
as per my exp all tower can not be started at the same time, so tower should start in phase so that work will go smooth and metriall supply and demand should be in sync
The builder is giving different answers to different people.
But it’s too Late. It’s been 1.5 years and work is not not upto mark.
Who are you to judge this? If the builder does not deliver on time then come together to fight rather than NOW writing unnecessary comments here.

I have booked a flat in A4 tower but didn’t get any demand letter for payment yet. Construction is also very slow, after almost 1.5 years, there is no floors constructed yet. It is seeming that this construction will be delayed surely.
We should raise this concern to the builder.

Good that you shared your pain areas out here, surely this is not going to help.
The best way to overcome this situatioon is to meet at site may be on 27th March (Sunday) OR 3rd April (Sunday).
Unless we meet each other nothing is going to happen. We all need to see the actual progress at site and deceide further POA there and then rather than asking for demand letters and discussing only the payments.
There could be geniene reasons for delay. As per my understanding the work has been started in almost each tower.

Hi All, Can someone please update on the discussion on 3-April
on April 3rd , we met with Senior General Manager of civil work, he explained two main reasons of late construction work.
1. Heavy Rain( last year )
2. Shortage of Cement ( this year starting)
But he said now cement problem is resolved , and builder is getting cement.
He said to us that he is aiming to complete this project by June 2012. He also said major structure building work for all the towers will be completed by this year end.
I personally visited in tower B2, where plastering work on first floor completed. Quality of constuction looks ok.
We also got detail sheet where each tower progress will be shown. I will scan it and send it our google group soon.

I have visited the site today. For A4 tower, they are only on Ground Level, Partly only they are preparing for first floor slab (ground floor roof).
Looking at the progress and work speed, I don;t think they can demand for A4 tower before July-2011.

You don’t need to worry about me, I have already sold my flat, but let me tell you when I originally booked my flat, I actually planned to shift by 2012 with lot of dreams, but looking at the progress of the work, I have decided to sale.

I don’t think Rakesh belong to Gardenia, His lanugae suggest he is a broker who deals with sell and resell and no way related to the construcation. Please let’s have a internal meeting and we all here in noida can track the progress every month. I also visited the site last week and totally agree with Rakesh.
The construction has stopped at the site. There is no one in the office even to answer queries.
Only guard is present at the location. As per my conversation with the guard, the farmers are
not allowing anyone to enter the Gardenia Glory site/office premises. They come in small groups
and disrupts the construction work, every time it begins.
This seems to be a serious situation, since last week only I got the demand letter for the next installment.
I also had a talk with Gardenia people (Chandan) regarding this whole situation and his response was also
not at all satisfactory. Gardenia people seem to have a very lackadaisical approach towards the whole situation.
Now, here comes the important questions which we need to find out ASAP:
1. Complete detail of the whole situation either from the builder or by visiting the site and talking to people.
2. How worse is the situation? Is there a court case already going on ? When is the hearing ? What is the outcome?
3. Why were the investors not informed about the whole situation ?
4. How will it affect the project? How much delay in possession?
5. What about the next demand letter? I think we should not pay the next demand until we are clear on the situation and the matter gets resolved.
6. When will the construction at the site resume.
This is a matter of serious concern and require urgent attention from all investors.I think its high time we act and take the situation under control, otherwise it might be too late :(.

What is latest update on Gardenia work progress and Farmers agitation ?

Today I went to the Gardenia’s Head office to pay my Installment for Tower A4 and I was a lot satisfied to see that everything is working fine and there is no core problem because of farmers agitation. There were some issues due to farmers and the construction was stopped for 3 days as numerous farmers were agitating in the complete sector 45 & 46 demanding an increased developed land which is 10% {earlier 5%} from Noida Authority.
Now the construction has started again and presently 8th Floor slab is getting casted for Tower A4.

The BSP 4200 is not correct. If you are going to sell your flat you will not get more than 3800, all inclusive.

I visited at site this weekend and found that the construction work was very slow. Some other who have visited 46 must have observed it.
It is quite clear that Gardenia will force a delay of very long period from schedule completion of Sept’2012. They seems to be not serios for completing the project in next 2 years.
we should act together or else we will be in heavy loss. One of my known had booked in Gardenia’s sec-61 project, which was very small project of just two towers. There Gardenia are already delayed by more than a year and still there is no clear words from them for completion. This shows there lack of management and negligence towards commitment.

Just keep one thing in mind that this project is going to be delay for atleast 8-10 months & this is normal in such big projects, so stay calm.
It is shocking that by default there is expectation to consider 8-9 months delay and stay clam.
Investors are not getting continuous progress updates and firm commitment for completion of project. Hope all of us having discomfort, the way progress is made.
Mr. Gardenia -> We very well understand that you do not have courage to even write you name so do not advise anyone to stay calm. Delays are normal in project but with range of 3-6 months only and builder will always comeup with ACTAUL status of project. Here issue is that Gardenia management is running away from his responsibilities.
If I talk about delays I know for sure that
Sector – 61 project is already delayed by more than a year,
Sector 75 project -> for some of the towers -> digging is not even started for which possession is planned in December 2012
HCL Core Committee Members -> Can I please request you to find actual status from Gardenia and Plan for Delivery. Not a big deal if they say that project will be delayed by 5-6 months but they should come up with firm date and work in order to achieve the date.
I agree with Arun..People who ve taken loans will be paying interest through their nose and in return builder will only give negligible money for late possession…That is because Indian customers dont have unity…Pl share your contact no Arun so that we all cud raise delay issue.

Yesterday I visited the site and it seems as if the project is getting delayed by 8-10 months for sure. The work is not moving at fast pace but is progressing slowly and steadily. Secondly, a number of towers have been constructed but the slowest which is ongoing is Tower A4. After 26th December when I visited the site last time, single floor has not been casted complete, still 8th floor slab is going on. All other towers have achieved considerable height and Tower A7 has reached 12 floor.
I also checked the cement quality and the samples which were getting prepared for testing in the lab, they looked fine. Apart from this Woodwork has also started in some towers like Door Frames and the wood seems to be of fairer quality.
Apart from this I also checked the price prevailing at that place and the current BSP is 4200 for Buyer and for seller it is 3900.
I wanted to share this info so that we all are in Sync.

Very Tensed Situation, I visited the site yesterday and was shocked to see that NO progress has been made for Tower A4, I have written on 26th December 2011 and today also I quote that TOWER A4 is still on 8th Floor waiting for the 9th Floor slab to be casted from last 3 months..
Secondly, Project Managers are changing every second month, Engineers are changing ever month and no information is available with Project Architects as well.
Best thing is that they still say possession is December 2012 as if some Miracle will happen or some angels will be working day and night 🙂
I have nothing more to say but Yes, I would urge everybody of you to please be in sync with the Builder and try to get latest updates.

I have visited the site on 20-Apr-2012. Most of the towers are on 14, 15 floor except A4, A5 which is around 8,9 floor (may be some more on this level). Last I visited the site in Dec’2011 and I see some progress in terms of tower height. With this pace of work, I will say they will still take 12-15 months.
I thing I would like to know, as per my agreement, penalty of 10/- per sq feet will start from 1-Jan-2013. Any one has idea, how builder will pay the same ? Will it be adjusted to the demand raised after 1-Jan-2013 or they will adjust everything at the time of possession? If any one has any idea ?
I understand that nothing is better than getting possession in time, but I do not see any possibility of that, so we should also start talking about penalty clause to the builder.
Also, I know that sector-75 buyers are creating database – name, flat number, contact information, can we also do the same – so that we are better connected – probably end users want to do the same, not the investors.

i visited glory site on 27 may, and i noticed that for A-8 tower structure upto 15 floor,for a-7 structure upto 16 floor is complete. i had a talk with guy who was the supervisor for these tower and he told me that the work was very slow for last four months due to elctions and non supply of material. and he told me that it might take around 18 months to complete the work. then i had a talk with gardenia officer and he told me that they will provide the the possession of A-1,2,3,6,7,8 and b-1,2,3,4 by the end of may-13. regarding delay in project, it was came to know that the directors of the company have diverted the money of this project to some other project due to this work is very slow and delayed. so all the persons who have booked the flats in this project should put pressure on directors/officilas of this project to complete the work as soon as possible. I would also like to request persons from companies who have done corporate booking to get together and put pressure on the company officials to get the work on the project to be done soon.

What was the possession date of your GARDENIA GRACE SECTOR-61, NOIDA PROJECT as people are saying they were assured for possession in 2010 but till date neither you have given possession nor giving them penalty. Is this correct? if not what is the actual story ?
Why this research/study was done when we actually booked the Glory flats with Gardenia?
I am not sure of which month possession was to be given but the year is 2010 and still there is no hope for the people who have booked their flat there that they wil be getting there flats in 2012. same thing is seems to be with all the customers of gardenia glory project, if something is not done from our side we too will be facing same problem like customres of grace project. i think each customers should get more active and visit the side and inquire about the status of the project in order to build pressure on officials of glory project.

Dear Future Residents of Glory,
I was just going through the comments posted by most of the guys who have the booking in GL46 project, my observation as under:-
1. Since you might have seen the similar delays in othre projects too (except a few) should not get surpised by this delay. Rather you should have budgted the delay.
2. The best way to navigate the problem is to go to GL office and try to push the respected management for faster delivery.
3. I was informed that Towers pertaining to NTPC are much ahead than other towers, that itself is in indication of regular follow ups & site visits in a group.
4. Moreover, once a tower is given possession in the project, then chances of of getting the other towers faster will be brighter.
5. So let’s be practical, I ageer that the delay should not be in the tune of 2 Years?
6. In case somebody has any other opinion, can share his/her views out here.

I am the allottee of Flat No. C-2 / 501, Gardenia Glory, Sector 46, Noida. As per the Flat Buyers’ Agreement, I was supposed to be given the possession of the flat by Oct 2012. However, on my visit to my flat on 28.12.2013, I found it in a state of shambles. Lot of work including painting, flooring of Master bed room, toilets, balconies etc, kitchen cabinets/counter, doors, plumbing, electrical wiring/switches, exterior plaster/painting, lifts etc. still remains. Balcony railings were not properly fixed and were badly rusted. External works like parks, swimming pool, internal roads etc are nowhere in sight. No work was in progress and not even a single worker was seen in the entire block. At this rate it will take many years for handing over the possession.
As per the Flat Buyers’ agreement Clause 25, I am entitled to monthly rental @ Rs. 5/- per sq. ft. Thus, I am entitled to rental of Rs.2,21,250/-(2950 sq.ft x 5 per sq.ft x 15 months from Nov 2012 to Jan 2014), along with compound intt @ 24% p.a.
In view of the above, Gardenia is requested to give me Rs. 3,00,000/- (including intt) immediately and also expedite the works to hand over my flat urgently.

R.S.CHAUHAN I purchased flat in tower A-1 in December 2012 with date of possession March 2013 + – 3 months. I visited site on 5 July 2014, persons deployed there always try to avoid visit of upper flats as work is very slow , so I ride on stare and observe that work is very unsatisfactory.I can not be leave on the statement of Mr.Chandan that flats would be livable by December 2015. We are paying interest on installments and have to pay rant for residence at the same time as I have to vacate govt. accommodation in spite of illness. We may look into for alternate solution as it is general problem of consumers and builders are working only on their won interest by hook and kook.

I bought the flat in Dec 2013, in the allotment letter the possession date was mentioned as Oct 2013, On visit to the site the company personal told that the project is delayed and it will be given in March then June then july and now they are saying in Dec 2014 +-3 months. While giving a llotment letter to me it was told to me that they will have to show the possession date after on year i.e dec 2014+- 3 months. But continuously they are increasing the time limit ,Can any one suggest that the time of allotment date can be changed? is it not a monopoly of the builder.
