Reminder for Second Installment

Dear All,

I am shocked to see this mail from Gardenia. According to Chandan, Only 50 people have signed BBA and out of which just 30 odd people have deposited second installment.

We should pay the  second installment ASAP to avoid 18% interest. If we fail to do that, it will be very difficult for Core Committee to help members in avoiding late payment charges.

Please sign BBA and proceed for Loan (if required) to enable payment of second installment.

HCL Special Terms Signed

Hi All,

Special Terms for HCL got signed by Gardenia and available for  your reference – SPECIAL TERMS for HCL – Signed

Verify few things at the time of signing Builder Buyer agreement.
 - Your name and Flat number in the list of Allottees available at Garendia office
 - Stamp with following contents should be placed on the BBA.

“It is agreed by both parties that “special term” dated 10th April 2010,with the group of HCL employees(hereinafter called special terms) and annexed at Annexure-A shall form an integral part of this agreement. Further in case of any discrepancy/inconsistency amongst the terms and conditions of the agreement provisions, of Special terms shall Prevail”.

Please proceed with BBA signing.

Loans from Corporation Bank – Bulk booking

Hi All,

We are trying to get bulk loans from Corporation bank at favourable rates.

Taking loans together as a group will give us more bargaining power and favorable terms compared to going solo. Hence, we are taking this initiative to come together as a group and take a loan from a PSU bank. As a part of this initiative, we were in talks with Bank of Baroda and Corporation Bank. BoB is not showing much interest – but Corporation bank has`asked us to submit the list of people who would be interested in taking loans. They have already provided special rates to NTPC  (8% fixed for 5 years which were valid till March 31).

The Corporation bank official has told us that he has applied in parallel for approval for new concessions that will be applicable for buld bookings for HCL employees and other companies (tentatively – 8.5% fixed for 5 years but not confirmed yet). He wants a list of all HCL employees who are interested.

So all those who are interested should send a mail to

HCL Special Terms (MoU) Freezed

Hi All,

We have finalized and freezed Special Terms_HCL_Final for HCL and got it apprvoed from Gardenia. This needs to be signed along with Builder Buyer Agreement by every member.  Now members can proceed to sign the Builder Buyer Agreement.
